Indian Head Massage (sitting on chair): A traditional massage helps lift stress tension on head, neck, shoulders & upper back; improve hair condition & balancing your body chakras. Hot & Cold Stone Massage: Heated basalt stones gently apply on oiled body to acupoint muscle tension & improve circulation. Cold stones apply on back legs & upper back for refresh soothing effect (optional). Sports Massage: With deep tissue massage & stretch techniques focus on the muscles & joints used in a particular sport. The purpose is to relieve pain from an injury or to restore/ maintain mobility/ flexibility. £45 per hour/ £65 full body 90 min. Cupping Therapy: Traditional Chinese therapy, uses fire heated cups applied on skin, suction stimulates on acupressure points of the body. Promotes blood circulation, removes stasis, alleviate swelling and pain. Regular treatments help to regulate the flow of Qi & blood. Draws out & eliminate pathogenic factors: wind, cold, damp & heat.

Reflexology:

Healing treatment with gentle pressure zone mapping on feet or hands, to clear energy pathways, improve physical conditions/ emotional wellbeing, stress relief, relaxation.
